Get In Touch - Medical Marijuana Doctor Oklahoma
Thinking about getting your Oklahoma Medical Marijuana card? We can help. Reach out to our team and we'll walk you through how scheduling works, what to bring to your visit, and what the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) actually looks for during approval. If you just have a quick question before booking, that's fine too - call, email, or send us a message and someone will get back to you.

Reach Us
Reaching out about anything medical can feel a little awkward, so we try to keep this part easy. Call us, email us, or come by our Oklahoma City office - whatever works for you. A real staff member responds, not an automated system. Here's a quick rundown of each option and when it makes sense to use it.

Good for anything that isn't urgent. We usually get back to you within a business day.
What Happens After You Reach Out
Calls made during business hours (9:00 AM to 10:00 PM) are usually picked up right away, or we call back within a few hours. Emails and form messages get a reply within one business day, sometimes sooner.
Our support staff handles things like scheduling, rescheduling, and general questions about renewals or paperwork. If your question is more clinical - something about your eligibility or medical history - we pass that along to one of our Oklahoma-licensed telehealth physicians, since our support team isn't able to give medical advice over the phone.
One thing worth knowing up front: nobody can tell you over the phone whether you'll qualify for a card. That decision only happens during an actual evaluation with a physician, which is how Oklahoma law requires it to work.
A Quick Note on Privacy
Try not to send medical records, ID photos, or anything else sensitive through the contact form or a regular email - those aren't set up to handle protected health information securely. Once your appointment is scheduled, we'll send you a secure link through your patient portal for anything you need to upload. It's a small extra step, but it keeps your information protected the way it should be from the start. You can read more in our HIPAA Compliance Policy and Privacy Policy.
